2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please log in to your account on Family and navigate to the "Order History" section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return, and follow the provided instructions to initiate the return process. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
3. Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the returned items are shipped back to us within 15 days of initiating the return process. Items received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Family is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return process.
5. Refund Process: Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired item.
7. Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns. Any exceptions to our Return Policy will be clearly indicated on the product page.
